It sounds like you had a good time. Lucky you. The sea in your picture looks a bit wintery – very atmospheric. Where was it taken?
Gulf of Mexico. Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
So not so wintery. A lovely atmosphere in the picture anyway.
No, not wintery at all. In fact, unseasonable warm for January in SW Florida. There were a few days we were there where Fort Myers was the warmest place in the United States. We arrived home to weirdly warm temps in the 50′s, but it will be 19F by Friday — which is much more typical than 55!
